Thierry's Coaching Programme
Thierry was an experienced QA manager but new to the organisation. He was now leading a bigger team and a big pressure to get them to perform. KJE was hired to help Thierry identify personal areas of development and then support him in improving his leadership skills. Thierry summarised the coaching programme outputs in 3 words: “Structure, Synergy and Recognising” and would like to continue have coaching sessions in the future that further support his personal development and business performance.
