Margaret's Coaching Programme
Margaret was a new team leader in the events department that she had previously worked within. Her manager had noticed that her style of leadership was causing some discord within the team and there had been a couple of complaints. Margaret’s manager had total belief in her and wanted her to succeed. KJE Coaching were hired to help Margaret improve her self awareness, active listening and reactions in the moment. Margaret finished the programme feeling more resilient and more aware of other’s differing styles.
