James' boss recently retired and he wanted to get the role. He was given additional responsibilities and opportunities for his personal development but very early on one of the team submitted a complaint saying that James was aggressive. KJE Coaching were hired to help James develop his leadership skills and his ability to "self-regulate"

He now listens to his team rather than telling them, is less aggressive and sees people reacting differently. Still takes things personally because he cares.
