James' Coaching Programme

James' boss recently retired and he wanted to get the role. He was given additional responsibilities and opportunities for his personal development but very early on one of the team submitted a complaint saying that James was aggressive. KJE Coaching were hired to help James develop his leadership skills and his ability to "self-regulate"

  • James says the coaching programme has definitely  helped him and he feels he’s  75% improved. He now listens to his team rather than telling them, is less aggressive and sees people reacting differently. Still takes things personally because he cares. James has started writing a personal development plan
