Emma's Coaching Programme
Emma was a newly appointed team leader and had already developed great relationships with her people. Despite such a good start, Emma really didn’t believe in herself and lacked confidence in her abilities. She didn’t know what she didn’t know! KJE Coaching were appointed to help Emma develop her leadership skills and confidence. Emma completed the 6 session programme and created a business case for more!
