Working with Kirsty is transformational. She listens, helps me identify any challenges I may be having and also how to help me address them in the most effective way. Kirsty shares the tools to help me to continue to develop both professionally and personally. More importantly we come up with ways together to help me put what I take away into practice.

A lifeline in achieving tangible results! I have worked with Kirsty in her capacity as an executive coach for over a decade which has seen me successfully redirect my career several times. Each time Kirsty's in depth support and challenge have helped me to build a clear vision of what it is I want to achieve and established how to go about making that vision a reality through strong leadership, resilience, self-awareness and really understanding how to flex style and behaviour. It also helps she's a patient and supportive listener when I'm having a 'soap box' moment! If you're serious about personal and professional growth I'd recommend spending some time with Kirsty.
